He is a Master Trainer of Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis and Neurological Re-patterning and an internationally certified Master Coach and Breakthrough Performance Consultant.
As Head Trainer and Director of Research for The Academy of Wealth & Achievement™ (A Christopher Howard® Company), the world's biggest Transformational Education, NLP & Coaching Training organization, he has presented seminars across the globe and been responsible for the management and development of the international Coaching program. He has personally coached thousands of individuals to produce breakthrough results in their personal lives and achieve peak performance in their businesses and careers. Duane draws on 20 years of diverse leadership and management experience as a senior operations executive with some of Australia's biggest and fastest growing retail groups and franchise networks. Duane combines his career and life experience and mastery of communication and leadership to deliver truly inspiring personal coaching, breakthrough business consulting and dynamic corporate, personal development and transformational training.
